W2 forms are mailed to the address we have
on file from your W4 form that you filled out for your
application. |

The W2 form is mailed out on January 31st. |

If you prefer to pick up your W2 form at our office,
they are available to be picked up starting January 31st. |

It is your responsibility to confirm that both your
mailing address and social security number are correct. They
are printed on each check; your W2 will be mailed to the
address on the check. |

If there are any discrepancies with either your mailing
address or your social security number, you must notify us
prior to December 15th in order for the changes to be
reflected on your W2. |
